Who can request access?
Police and other law enforcement agencies, central and state government departments, local bodies, the armed forces and central armed police forces, public sector undertakings, operators of critical infrastructure, and contractors working on an authorised government project.
Why is lumioSentry by invitation only?
It is used for security work. We verify each organisation, and the person making the request, before we share details of the platform.
Where is the system deployed?
On your premises or on infrastructure located in India. We agree the option with you during the briefing.
Who can see our data?
Only the users you authorise. We process operational data only on your written instructions and do not use it for anything else.
How is it priced?
Each deployment is scoped and quoted after the briefing. Work starts only under a signed contract, purchase order or tender award.
How soon will we hear back?
Usually within three working days. We reply to the official email address given in the request.
